Living 5 hours away from Cairns, at first I was nervous about having to book all my suppliers via websites, word of mouth and of course first impression.However, from the moment we started emailing each other, I knew you were the florist for our wedding. Your enthusiasm, ideas, energy and vision were palpable. I remember the first time I said I wanted ‘window boxes’ as centrepieces – I think you nearly jumped down the phone with excitement!!!!You were always available to talk to, and my questions and little thoughts were answered easily and promptly. With just an email or a post on Pinterest, any ideas that I had sent to you, seemed to be well on the way to fruition.Until you are a bride you just have no concept of the kind of self imposed pressure to ‘get things right’ – as, of course, this is YOUR day……..forever and ever!!!!! I was just so relieved to have someone like you that I trusted entirely with my precious ideas.You always listened to what I wanted to achieve, whilst at the same time offering much needed professional advise. The way the bouquet’s arrived, the colours, the styling and the fresh idea’s were just amazing. You helped to make my day perfect, beautiful, stress free and fun!!!

Everyone commented on their beautiful colours and how well they were arranged, they just made our day. They really made our colour scheme work and really stand out in our photos. They were perfect. Sorry I didn’t get to say all this on the day, I only saw the flowers after you had left. Thanks you so much for the extra bouquets, especially the beautiful one in our bridal suite. Well, what can I say?  Working with you on my wedding flowers was an absolute joy! If only everyone who works in customer service could take a leaf out of your book! Every email was promptly replied to, your suggestions on colours and flowers were spot on and the result on the day was stunning wedding flowers.

Thank you for the throw posy, grooms buttonhole, flowers to use in our hair, spare flowers which we scattered on the table at the restaurant and then the lovely surprise arrangement you had delivered to our hotel! All of these extras were on top of what we had arranged and certainly highlighted your commitment to ensuring your brides have an amazing “floral experience”.

The flowers came with us to Palm Cove and when we left almost a week after the wedding the flowers still looked OK. I cannot recommend you highly enough to whoever will listen to me rave on about your business.
