I am an experienced, passionate and professional floral designer and have been in the floral industry for over 14 years, beginning in Sydney in 1996.

As a child, I would collect flowers from my neighbourhood garden, make little bouquets and drop them off to my neighbours, then hide behind a bush, so I could see the look on their faces when they found the flowers on their door step.

This love of creating something with my own hands that brought so much pleasure to people saw me studying Floristry at Sydney Ultimo TAFE and also completing an Advanced Design Certificate which concentrated on Wedding and event design.

While in study, I remained working at a florist in Sydney which had been operating for over 40 years and in that time was involved in and won a number of Interflora and other industry and local competitions and awards.

I established Nine Blooms in Cairns in 2008.

Nine Blooms provides flowers for Weddings, events and corporate designs. This is what I specialise in.

I’m very focused on the requirements of my clients and I provide an extremely high level of service for every occasion.

I am inspired by the natural elements this region has in abundance and am constantly striving to create beautiful designs; it’s what I love to do…..just to see the look on their faces.
